Hi everyone,

I'll be going to Aukland, New Zealand for work from 17/12/2018 - 05/01/2019. How is the diving around Aukland during this time of the year..?

May I ask,

How is the water condition around Aukland around this time of the year..?
How much would it cost to dive during the weekend..?
How much would the equipment rental be.? I might not be bring my equipment.
What are the must see things and must go site nearby Aukland..?

Thank you everyone in advance.

Appreciated.

Tim

Best diving is north of Auckland at Poor Knights Islands or Bay of Islands. Both are amazingly good and worth the short trip. I recommend Dive Tutukaka and Northland Dive respectively.

What (s)he said.
And if you're looking for buddies, gear, and trips to Poor Knights and Bay of Islands, then I strongly suggest you get in touch with Global Dive in Aukland. That's what I did when work sent me to Auckland for a few months, and it turned out well.

Sounds great. The place I rented is just 2km away from Global Dive. Thank you for the recommendation.
