Aug-Sep 2009, Lembeh + what?

By the end of August or begnning of September, I'm planning to spend a week diving Lembeh straits which I fell in love with last January. But this time, I'd love to do a combo trip and spend the second week diving elsewhere. I was thinking of land based diving in Raja Ampat but found that August wasn't the right season for that area. On the second week I'd prefer to do something different from Lembeh - bigger fish, more coral, clearer water. And direct flight from Manado will probably make my choice.

So I think I'm choosing between Bali, Raja Ampat, other dive sites arond Manado like Bunaken. Anything else in Indonesia? Anything outside Indonesia like Phillipines? I'd highly appreciate any recommendations!
