I know this has been discussed over and over again, however after many hours of reading over posts and reviews I have not found too many comments on this issue.

Bubble interference seems to be the most major complaint for any of the ATX second stages. On the other hand there are tons of people who love their ATX200's and ATX50's. I am wondering, from all you out there who us ATX regs, how do you find the bubble interference?

I've decided on the Apeks ATX50/DS4. Really this is the last concern of mine. But I believe there are others out there who would benefit from this information.

Please only vote on this poll if you've used the reg, let's try to get an honest evaluation of this so-called "problem" as some say.

Hey there! I have an ATX200 and never really noticed a problem. I'm a fairly new diver and outside of training have never dove any other regs to compare with. I suppose if bubble interference was that bad I should have noticed it but I did not.
Just came back from a trip not too long ago and never noticed any bubbles in front of my mask if that's what you're referring to. And just as everyone says, these regs really perform! I was down to 108fsw and this reg really started to shine performance wise. I'm diving it in my avatar.

There's noticeably more bubbles from my ATX200 than my ATX50, but not so many that I would be swayed away from purchasing another.

Depends on your attitude in the water. I have an ATX100 and a few 50's and a 40 and I've never noticed bubble interference in a heads up attitude.

Well with all the silt you're kicking up from diving in a head's up attitude, of course you can't see the bubbles! :D

Got me...I mean heads up with proper trim. Just the head. I guess attitude was the wrong terminology.

I see a few every once in a while.....don't we all?
