Interesting if you are a fan of the sport. One of those things to do to say you've done it, probably would not attend another event like this.

I have covered one NHL draft and one NBA draft, both were about as exciting as watching molten solder harden. Solder is just a hair more exciting than watching grass grow.

How much did they charge for parking, food and tickets??

Understand what you mean. As a Flyers fan, there wasn't much excitment in the NHL draft...Flyers first pick was in the third round--the 92nd overall.

Nothing compares to an NFL draft.

I have no idea why people want to sit and watch any sports draft? I have only been involved because it was work. All I see when I have been at one of those things is whiney prima donnas.

Give me the Discovery Channel any day.

Guess 'work' can take the fun out of anything.

Entrance was free, but food and drink was the same jacked up price as at actual sporting events.
