Atomic Swivel help

Hello All, My Atomic swivel has a tiny leak so I was going to service it. Does anyone had a schematic if the swivel and furthermore how does one remove the hard brown beveled seal? I didn’t want to ham fist it and tear something up removing it so I thought that I would ask first.

I don’t recall if you need to remove that piece as I just replace them with regular hoses so it’s been a long time since rebuilding one.

Only one of the two hard plastic swivel washers is removed. The other is behind the swivel ball and is permanent.
