Been diving a B2 for over 10 years with absolutely no problems at all.

100+ dives on my B2, the first and only primary reg I have actually owned.
I've been down to about 140' with it. I've used it in high current. As a photo guy, I spend a lot of time breathing it in weird positions (upside down, etc.). It's been travelling with me to distant parts of the Caribbean, and to freshwater caverns in the middle of Florida.
In all these circumstances the B2 breathes smooth and easy.
I take good care of it and especially wash the first stage under warm water at home after diving. I just recently replaced the standard short rubber hose and Atomic swivel with a longer Miflex hose routed underarm with a right-angle adaptor into the reg, and replaced the factory mouthpiece with one of those custom molded ones - so now it's even more comfortable than before.

Have a B1 and B2.
Only issue as noted in other posts, it is a hard reg to get serviced if you live or are diving in an out of the way [no dealer] area. No body else can get parts.
So if you travel a lot get your dealer to make up a spare kit. But if a non dealer shop works on your reg it voids the warranty.
