What is the first stage? Is it also an atomic first stage? Piston or diaphragm? Sealed or not?

Thanks diversteve. The chart says that the freeze protection is optional. Is that something that can be added to the first stage? I see there are holes on a black ring on the first stage. Is that where they will seal it?

Sorry for the delayed response... I didnt have my notifications on...

The reg is 1 1/2 years old. it is not sealed.

Yes both stages are Atomic.

yes i believe it is! a seal normally is very easy to add

Jonoh, I dive here in the puget sound and use a B2, you can get it enviromentally sealed but even if you are going to be ice diving I wouldn't worry about it. I have dove mine after a week of freezing weather, snowing outside with a surface water temp of 36 and 44 at 70 feet and mine has never missed a beat or been even remotely hard to breath from even when breathing hard. This is a great price so pick it up and you will never look back.
