Atlantis Azores Trip Report – December 28, 2013 - January 6, 2014
Last week we had a group in from UnderseaX who travel together all over the world. For this charter they traveled from our resort in Puerto Galera, where they had just spent a week exploring and diving the sites of the Sabang Beach area.

Once everyone boarded and settled in, we went off and visited the magnificent whale sharks at Oslob.
Later in the week, we also had an adventure on the land tour… with all 14 guests wanting to see the Chocolate Hills on Bohol. During the dry season, these grass-covered hills dry up and turn chocolate brown. This transforms the area into seemingly endless rows of “chocolate kisses".

While on Bohol we also spent time visiting the tarsiers, which are the smallest primate in the world, and are only about the size of an adult's fist. These minute critters are endemic to the Philippines. Photos by Scott Arni

The week ended with Christine, the lone female in the group, painting a dive flag on most of the groups toenails. She even managed to persuade our very own Captain Scott to let her decorate one of his :cool2:
