Please recommend a good Aruba lodging that is close to a snorkel beach, and not expensive, possibly with kitchenette?

On the NW end (Noord) of the island are a couple of snorkeling beaches: Arashi & Malmok. Out from Malmok is the Antilla wreck - can't remember if if one could snorkel all the way out to it but it is a popular snorkel spot. Gold Coast Condos are about a 20 min (Malmok) to 30 min (Arashi) walk away, but parking is at each.

Thank you, i don’t mind walking there but don’t want to walk back from beach at end of day, so I’m hoping to find something right at beach or across street
