THAT'S friggen' cool! I love technology... now I'm not saying I'd like to try a 200+ foot dive with one, but the technology looks promising!

If it doesn't work then at least we still have Gilly Weed to fall back on.

This was discussed sometime around the middle of last year and from reading the new article on it the thing hasn't gone anywhere since it last got publicity. I'd say that he's probably looking for capitol in order to continue work on it and thus the new article on the device.

Nice idea, but I'll not be in line waiting for one. Looks to me to be a fancy rebreather with a lot more potential trouble spots.
 
They told me when I certified, if I worked at it that some day I would develope my own? I just thought I needed more dives to develope them. Guess I will keep trying!
 
It's still very much a prototype.. but let raytheon or some other big tech company get a hold of it and I think it could be viable in a few years...
