Stan Waterman is a hell of a guy but I bet even he would cringe at "Stan was exploring the seas long before Jacques Cousteau...put on tanks". What with Cousteau being 12 years older than Stan and winning a prize for a free diving film in 1943, the same year he made Epaves using his aqualung and Stan was all of 11.

Hey "Stan is the man" for sure and yes I recon he would cringe, but Media and Hype is part of the game you have to play to get the message across sometimes!!...I have had things written about me that would make you and me cringe too, but if the intent is all good and involves Youth, Exploration and Adventure, to me the best three words in the world...even Jacues Cousteau would just smile hey!! and I was once sponsored by US Divers...lol!!
