This is a big shout out to Dave Carmichael and Armor Mfg. I own two of their Rolling Duffel bags which are of very high quality at a reasonable price. When the wheels began to wear after years of abuse by me, he saw to it that replacements were sent to me at no charge. This goes way beyond usual customer service. Thanks Dave.
