I'm wondering if anybody has had a problem getting a refund from The Arenui during the shut down of travel?
Or have you been allowed to reschedule?

Hi jakenparker,

Arenui's cancellation policy is inline with our terms and conditions which can be found here: Terms & Conditions | Arenui the Boutique Liveaboard In the event that Arenui must cancel a cruise (due to a force majeure - currently international tourists are prevented from entering Indonesia), fully paid guests will be issued with a voucher to reschedule to a future available cruise. The voucher would have no expiry date. Also if guests decide they can’t or don’t want to go on the cruise (due to any personal reason), they can pass the credit to someone else.

If a guest wishes to cancel their reservation, they should inform the office by email, understanding that the deposit will be forfeited that they may wish to claim for through their insurer. Guests may inform their insurer of Arenui contact details and we will be happy to assist to claim for money paid so far.

For upcoming scheduled cruises, guests will be contacted by email as it gets closer to their cruise date. Hopefully this information is helpful.
