It's A Dumb Question, But Are Their Any Such Liveaboards In The Northeast. I Know You Guys Are Saying What The Hell Is Their To See. I've Looked And Haven't Seen Anything, Maybe Someone Has Some Insite.

There are tech diving overnight trips, but you would need special certifications and lots of experience and gear for those. It might be easier for you to find an area you want to dive, rent a house near the beach and head out with a local charter operation. If you're looking into Massachusetts, Cape Ann (Gloucester area) is a great place with a few good local charter operators. I'm sure others can give solid information if you mention the area you're looking to explore.
