I remember about ten years ago there was an issue with PST Tanks and there was an exemption. Can anyone help me out as I just committed to purchasing two of these used to double up and I don't want to get burned. Thanks

The problem you will have is finding a manifold set if they are not already doubles.
If they are 3442 psi cylinders they will have 3/4" thread, so a manifold is no problem.
If they are the 3500 psi cylinders it is a little more expensive.
