I was wondering how reliable are the Atomic Regulator Swivel hose?

I believe they make a titanium version also. They look like it would make your regulator in your mouth feel much more confortable, and not pull to one side.

Are they reliable? do they leak eventually?

My husband and I have the swivels as an add-on, and have never had a problem with them leaking.

Most people don’t seem to mind or have the pulling problem I guess, I don't see much complaining but drove me bats! Consider my B2 (w/swivel) the #1 thing to be happy when wet!

Atomic does make a titanium with swivel.

My understanding is there aren’t any leak or failure problems with the Atomic. Atomic is known for high quality equipment all around.
I think you can also add the Atomic swivel independently to another brand regulator (as well as Atomic) but you ought to ask a specialist to confirm compatibility, I don't know enough to say.

I believe there is or was, another cheaper after market or add on swivel available and I saw reports of problems with them failing when I was researching my choice.

Atomic makes 2 different swivel hoses.

One for regs without heat sinks and one for regs with heat sinks (like the M1).

They work fine and I have never heard of them leaking, my wife dives one and loves it.

If you get one, just get the correct one for your reg

Cheers

Thank you Gilless, I could not figure out how to say that.:)

I have an after market one and never have had a problem. I always inspect it well before diving
