When was this rebuilt? It looks like yoke style or is that an adapter and is it included?

Hi, it wasn't rebuild it was serviced last year since it wasn't used much to begin with. I always suggest to people to heave the regs checked out prior use regardless of condition and previous owner claims.
I can have them serviced on my end if you wish but that would have to be covered by the buyer, and yes it's a yoke connection, I think I made a mistake in the description.
