Wetsuit is in very good condition, and is the top of the line suit from AL. Has less than 30 dives on it and was thoroughly rinsed and washed with wetsuit shampoo after every dive day. No rips or tears, seals are in excellent condition. Has been kept stored on a wide padded hanger to prevent neoprene creasing/damage. Am selling because I already have another 7 MM and I'm getting a drysuit. 
Note on sizing: I am 5'6", 2 inches shorter than the AL size chart range of 5'8" - 5'10" and did not have a problem with the wetsuit length. It's 4 way stretch neoprene; very easy to wear and molds to the person.
TEMPERATURE RANGE: 48°F - 68 °F
