I'm looking for a one-piece base layer to go underneath a Fourth Element Arctic one-piece undergarment. I dive in 10 C (50 F) water with a tri-laminate DUI drysuit. I came across the Aqualung MK0:

The MK0 drysuit undergarment is made of bamboo fibers and Spandex that are woven together. This drysuit underwear is the perfect moisture-wicking layer.

Anyone own one? Does it provide any insulation? Or, is it just a wicking layer? How does it compare with alternatives like Under Armour ColdGear?
