When I bought my regulator I made sure that it was Nitrox compatible but it never occured to me to make sure by octo is also Nitrox compatible. I would assume it needs to be, right?

It's an Aqualung Airsource inflator/octo.

Nearly all regs are compatible up to 40% o2 right out of the box. As a general rule, in order to require o2 clean/o2 compatible status the device needs to be exposed to o2%>40% AND pressure>200 psi.
A second stage is generally exposed to pressures no greater than 150psi, so I would not worry at all about any second stage.
