I hope its true, Aqua World gives a bad impression of Cozumel to whomever they maltreat!

I was in Cozumel Palace 3 years ago as a newly certified diver, used Aqua Safari for a week and was very happy with them.
At that time, I also made one dive on Aqua World's boat, and I was not impress by Aqua World's operation at all.
However, I was impressed by the professionalism of Aqua World's dive instructor. My wife took a discover scuba course with him. Besides calming my wife's fear of ocean, he also gave me his honest opinion, telling me although he can certify my wife if I insist, he really doesn't feel comfortable to do so.
He suggested my wife to practice swimming and feel more comfortable in water first, before starting OW classes.
I took his advise and my wife was certified a year later. This year, whole family returned to Cozumel as all divers and we really had a wonderful time.

Including the divers already on the reef when Aqua World vomits 20-30 flailing divers on top of them!

HEY! are you quoting me? If so, add the part where I thought I was in church; hearing the constant ringing of bells....the sound of their aluminum tanks dinging and donging on the reef....

Good one! I thought all that ringing was their divemasters banging on their tanks.
You'll feel even more like church with of one of the newer DMs. They call him the priest for his sermon-like briefings - and say amen after.
