Either seller or buyer needs to get those Surelock II weight pockets in to an Aqualung dealer to have the handles changed per the recall from a few years ago. They had a problem with that style handle separating from the pouch, so that the weights were locked in place and no longer "dumpable." No cost for the recall work at a dealer, takes a few minutes, just get it done. Hopefully they have replacements on hand already; I know I have plenty still left in my box.
