I like firm, ripe, sweet Gala and Fuji apples and hate all the rest. And for oranges I only like sweet blood red oranges and Valencias and the rest are trash. Oh yeah, and they should be biodynamic, organic and preferably fed with 7 to 10 day deep bubbled humic tea with seabird and bat guano and then thoroughly flushed 10 to 12 days prior to harvest, So as you could clearly see I'm pretty specific in my taste. If it has to be between these two, personally I’d get the mares because it’s a back inflate. Might help put you in trim better.
