Hello,
I require a plug to repair my Aqua lung octo/regulator. The plug in question is apparently found on the following models: Conshelf 22, SEA, SEA4, Conshelf SE3, Pioneer and Aquarius. Its function is to hold the cover locking pin in place and seal the breathing chamber. It is a threaded plug with a small o-ring. On mine the thread has separated from the cap. I understand that this was a common problem with this particular part. The plug is stamped with "Torque 5-8 in lbs". I have attached two photos to illustrate.
I am advised that Aqua Lung no longer stocks these as the regs are discontinued. If anyone can assist me in locating this part it would be most appreciated! Please contact me by a reply post as well as an email to: scubadiverrwc (at) gmail.com
