Judging by the yoke and the large recess in the front can I suspect it may be a Bio Systems non-mag. Bio Systems made a number of copies of the USD non-mag for the Navy after USD discontinued two hose production. A even rarer bird.

Those are good observation, but that one is a US Divers, not BioSystems.
Even the yoke screw says US divers.

Well if anyone absolutely has to have this in their collection they can pm me with trade offers. Given that it appears that the nozzle is gold plated and the clips have never been opened, I'm guessing that all parts are original, but I'm not willing to open it up and possibly ruin any collector's value.
