Yea, what you are seeing is actually 2 items, an older model DA (put together incorrectly I might add) and an add on "J" valve adapter sold by Sportways. The intent was so you could add a reserve (J valve) to any tank that had a K valve on it. Kind a kludge but in the days before SPGs were common it might have made sense. And way over priced IMO.

That would make it a two valve tank. If one valve didn't work you could use the other one. LOL
