Approval in marketplace for every post?

Does every new sale for marketplace need to be approved by a admin now? I posted my Fix Neo light which was approved.
Now my Inon Strobe is still awaiting approval again? It looks scretched out?

No. However, if you post more than one on the first go, they all sit in limbo until one of us goes in and approves them for you. Weekends tend to take longer as we are diving, going to church, etc, etc.
