I've had a pair of Apollo Bio-Fins for a while now. Say what you will about split-fins, but for certain kinds of diving I am a fan. My Bio-Fins being fantastic for comfort. Anyway, my Bio-Fins just fell apart, rubber cracking, ripping, etc... to the point where they are now in the garbage. I kept them stored in the same cool/dry place as my 65 year-old Voit Viking fins and those remain in excellent condition. My Bio-Fins not so much. Anyone else with the same problem?

I have a 20-year-old pair of these. I only use them on a couple of yearly tropical dive trips these days, but I use to dive them more often. So far they are holding up well, including the fin straps.

Mine are only 10 years old, and look nearly brand new. I don't use them very much now because I transitioned to Atomic SOTW and Mares x-stream fins. However, all my gear lives inside of our house, away from heat and sun, so I am hopeful none of my fins, or anything else, will deteriorate as yours did.
