Apeks Sidemount Set-up Price... Good deal?

I have an opportunity to buy a brand new, full Apeks sidemount reg setup for just under $900 with all the bells and whistles. XTX50 1st stages, XTX200 2nd stages. Fully warrantied, backed by Apeks, yada, yada, yada. If I wait another month or two, I might be able to get a Keyman deal which may or may not be better, but this is a "bird in the hand" kind of thing. Looking for advice. I can't provide any other details on the purchase, as this is a total "bro deal". Thanks...SC

keyman likely won't be much different as if you are waiting for after DEMA, there likely will be a price increase

XTX50s are second stages?

For sidemount the first stages would be DST with 5th port.
