Anyone know when this is coming to the US . Also anyone have any other travel reg recommendations? Mikron? Or what about just using miflex hoses?

I have not seen them for sale on any US sites. Is the Mikron better since it have an adjustable second stage?

I think they are both equal, and frankly, there is no need for a second stage adjustment. The recommended setting is wide open, so it is my opinion that the manufacturer's marketing departments add second stage adjustments to satisfy the average male's needs to feel that he has some control over something by having a knob to play with! Just my two cents there, but if a second stage adjustment was really necessary, every reg would have one!
