Hello,
Its seems Apeks / Aqualung are one the most difficult companies to contact.
I think its the only one where i cant easily talk to person.

I bought an Apeks Advanced drysuit on a black friday deal last year. This is my 1st year using it.
1st the zipper pull popped off with little effort. Apeks rep for the dive shop dismissed it and said replace it with paracord and heat shrink. Was to seen me a basic kit, i never got it. Did my own thing for it..
Now I am getting some delamining of the tape used on the inside on seams and reinforcement for straps and a bit on one of the outside cuffs. Same rep said to use a heat gun on some and glue on the others.
Not 100% sure what and where.. This info is passed down from the dive shop that ordered it for me...
Im not sure if I should be doing this being within warranty(if i do they should provide any needed glue). But i dont want to wait a month or more plus pay shipping.
