I'm headed to Cozumel and want to have my Apeks Dry 100 with me to use as a rinse tank. That's such a great feature of that bag.

I'm worried about filling it with scuba gear and then treating it as checked luggage. I don't trust inspectors to properly close the bag. Seems like stuff could fall out. Also I'd hate for the bag to get punctured.

Anyone use this bag as checked luggage?

I wouldn’t. It weighs too much. I take a 90l regular duffle to maximize my weight for gear.
It does weigh quite a bit. I stuffed it inside my Osprey Transporter 90 and I might get close to my check bag weight limit when I pack all my dive gear.
