Apeks backplate that I modified to bolt on a halcyon storage pocket. The plate does not have a harness. The pocket is in good shape, but I only have 5 of the 8 mounting bolts. You can get them at a hardware store. $75 for both shipped or $50 for the plate and $25 for the pocket shipped in the US.
