I am planning for 03 in PNG, what must I know?
Anyones thoughts on PNG - compared to Fiji or Palau, what's better - or worse?

A literal answer to your question: nothing. <GG> Just go and enjoy it.
While I've dived all three, Palau is the only one which one can get a representative sample of the diving in a week. PNG is too large to get an overall picture in a week or two and Fiji has too many dive operators spread over a large variety of dive sites to sample easily. In any case, all three offer great diving.
