Id like to go, i dont have anywhere in mind but im open to any shore dive around victoria sydney sooke etc

There's a drop in dive, free and DM-led, at Beyond Deep Diving on Cedar Hill X-Road. Meet there at 0930. Give yourself more time for rentals and air fills if you need it.

thanks i ended up going to ogden point for a free Dm lead, was a pretty good dive till the waves picked up. I will have to check beyond deep out.

Did you end up at MacKenzie Bight? I saw some OPDC folks there. I was there too, white van and HP 100 doubles.

How was the visibility? Just wondering if the incredible-but-temporary mid-to-late June vis has shown up yet in Finlayson Arm/Squally Reach.

That good vis is on it's way in. It's 40'+ in the shallower spots. Very bright and warm. Variable but around 20' vis deeper. Mysid shrimp clouds make it worse in spots. I did 5 inlet dives this weekend at Hendersen/Mackenzie and both spots were about the same.
