I am using the Oceanic PX-3 first stage. When I got it from the LDS, the hoses were aligned such that the swivel portion points downwards. According to the LDS when I checked with them recently is that the good thing about this set-up is that it does potrude tht much and u dont bang yr head on it when looking up. But I find it a challenge opening the tank valve as the hoses the swivel portion is too close to the valve turn. Also, the hoses for my 2nd stage and octo rests between the BC and the valve, hence, beats the whole swivel idea...
Anyone has used this set up? I have changed the hose alignment that the swivel is now pointing upwards but am not sure if this is the right set-up? Or is there actually a "right" set-up?
