hi,i am new to this site, but have been a diver for almost 26 years in upstat n.y.i own a small marina and boat sales company.my partner and i have almost 100 boats for sale, many of which would make great dive boats.we have walkarounds, center consoles, cuddies and cruisers from $5000 to $99,000.we have been sonar mapping oneida lake for the last few seasons and will be releasing the location of a steam powered tug boat that sank in 1930 along with several other wrecks we found.anyone from this site is more than welcome to stop by this summer and i will give you gps for some great 30' to 50' freshwater dives.you can launch here for free.there are good rooms, bars and food nearby.you can call me anytime at 315 623 7642.THANKS,chris martin

The location sounds great. Is there a dive op who runs a charter in the event we don't own a boat (and certainly can't afford it in this economy)?

Hey Chris, I live not far from Syracuse. What is the name of your outfit?

Also check my link to our biggest event...I think you might find it interesting.

ron there are no charters on this lake.if you go an hour and a half north there is some great wreck diving and lots of charter boats on the st lawrence river.if we know ahead of time we might be able to take a couple divers out with us after work or maybe on a weekend, chris

ohmdiver hi,i was at oswego last weekend.i didn't even know about your club before that.we have done a lot of diving in skaneateles lake.we will be doing some sonar work there in a couple weeks.

my company name is STERNDRIVE SPECIALISTS.we work out of boathouse marina in constantia on the north shore of oneida lake

my partner is working with the paper right now.we might be able to do something this summer.we are going to photograph about 6 of the wrecks in this lake.we will then give out the gps location to anyone that is interested.

The 100 boats for sale part, good luck, Florida has a few million for sale.

Change we can believe in.
