Id like to hear about your dives in the canyon. I have many dives in this location, mostly deep stuff. Anyway i would like to hear about your diving in the canyon and if you have been able to dive with the squid there, most memorable dive for me there.

thx Trymixdiver

This may not be the right place to ask this question, but not sure where else to turn. I am ready to begin my technical diving education (already have basic nitrox) and would like to do so in the San Diego/North County area this summer. I live in Phoenix and there is not much help here that I can find. Plus all we have to do dive in are really murky lakes. I have done lots of California diving, but none in La Jolla Canyon. Do you have any recomendations on instructors in the area?

Any help or info you could provide would be greatly appreciated.

Do you guys think there would be a call for a traveling dive instructor.

I am thinking of me of course, I am a trimix instructor and an instructor trainer.

I have been considering setting up courses in areas without technical instuction. working through a local TDI or IANTD dive shop.

what do you think

I think that is a good idea, kinda like the GUE instructors are doing.
