... Can you be more specific? It's sunny and calm at the oil rigs, with a noticeable but manageable current picking up, but that may not help you.
Reports from Laguna Beach and the oil rigs were poor conditions. San Diego and Palos Verdes had a green layer down to thirty feet with clearing, cold water below.
