Any opinions on Flip?

I happen to have a Flip UltraHD camera, and noticed IkeLite carrying cases for them. Anybody have any experience with using them (Flip) underwater? I just want to record some memories.... The image quality above water is quite good.

I realize I need more to make it work, but before I take a financial hit, I'd like to hear about it.
