Any one seen open water yet?

I am in the Belleville area and was wondering if anyone has seen any open water that isn't running very very fast. I am having some major withdrawal and need to hit the water.

there is a possibility that the Rothesay might be open. the white floatey thing was exposed last week. perhaps the ice has receeded completely now.

the prescott docks are open. there is probably not that much current.

Sigh. The only diving around here will likely be ice diving well into next month. Water probably won't be clear until May.

We're doing an ice dive Saturday morning at Kirkfield. Not open water, but if you're ice certified it will be a fun time.
