Hi all, saw this in the phillipines in Nov 2019 and always meant to ask what it is. Looked like a snail hanging on a spider thread.

Thanks very much, are they known to have a single web to hang from or move with?
 
There are photos and references of the snail hanging from a thread online, usually hanging from tube coral as shown in your photos.
