Looking for a good book to read that is scuba related either fiction or non-fiction.

Meg series by Steve Alten
NUMA series by Clive Cussler

Drowned Hopes by Donald Westlake

This is a hilarious novel. The central idea is a bank robber hid his loot in a town that was later flooded by a reservior while he was in prison. None of the people who are trying to recover the money are divers and they plan on just putting SCUBA gear on and walking into the town and digging the money up. Nothing goes according to plan. Westlake does a great job describing the diving scenes and there are a lot of them because things continually going wrong.
