It Looks like we are planning to use Parrott Island as it has been highly recommended by this board and Choo-Choo Dive in Chattanooga (where my brother in law works/teaches). Also, it's only about 5 blocks from our hotel.

What I really wanted to know is are there any "specific" dive sites we should ask to try and go to? I realize tides and surf conditions will ultimately dictate where the Captain is willing to take us. We plan to beach dive at least one day.

Thanks for the reply,

Mike

Well, if in Ft. Lauderdale, then just north of there is Lauderdale By The Sea. Great beach diving, only a 100 yards off shore to start. Tides do not make much of a difference when going off the beach.

Thanks Jenny!

I am planning on spending a day at Lauderdale by the Sea for shore diving. Are any of the wrecks much better than the others? Where are the best sites for "critters"??

Thanks again,
Mike
