I am the latest victim of this infectious disease known as scuba. My story is probably the same as most. Done snorkeling, always wanted to try scuba, finally bit the bullet, yada yada yada.

My wife and I got our certification in late March. Did our checkout dives in some freshwater springs in the FL panhandle. We took a trip to Key Largo at the end of April along with a group from our LDS. So now we are hooked. We are signed up for a trip to Pompano on Memorial Day weekend with the LDS group as well.

I plan to work my way into wrecks, cavern, and maybe cave diving as well. I don't think the wife is interested in caves though, but we will see.

I have been lurking around here for a while now, but just now signed up. Now it's time for me to go post some stupid noob questions without searching for the answers first. You guys all love that, right? :D
