Thats a cool idea. I havn't got into spear fishing yet, but these targets look like a great way to practice. I also really like the idea of showing how big a legal sized fish looks from different distances. Getting an undersized fish has always been a concern for me, in normal fishing at least.
 
WOW!! Neat idea.
As a competitive shooter on dry land, I would love to target shoot underwater. I never even thought of it. After starting taking photos, I decided I would rather shoot fish with a camera than my old trusty pole spear. I still eat lotsa fish and don't fuss about responsible spear fishing. But target shooting??? TOO COOL! I'm in!
 
Need a tow-behind target so that those of us going to tournaments can have our dive buddy tow the target and practice moving target shots.

It would need to be towed at a safe range for the dive buddy of course...
