Another crabby dive

There are lots of crabs on the jetties - all shapes and sizes.
Here are some I saw Saturday:

Wow! I say your shots are getting very clean! Imagine feeding one of those a toe of yours while your at the beach! I hate crabs but I like your shots.

...Focus is near perfect.

I'm working on depth of field on macro shots now that I have good light from the strobe. It's hard to get all those appendages in focus at the same time and still blur the background a little to make the crab pop. The eye stalks are the hardest for me - either they are too far apart for the angle I'm trying to shoot or the camera focuses on the shell when the eyes are too far in front for perfect focus. I plan to keep going back for more practice .
