Ok, first Anniversary coming up. My wife is also my dive buddy (which makes what to do on the anniversary an easy decision, really only two decisions right? 
) Anyway, she also enjoys a really good spa experience. We live in Dallas and have three days (work does get in the way), so we are looking for the following: diving we can get two in pretty short order from DFW (Preferably a direct flight), luxury accomodations and preferably a spa that knows what they are doing). We are familiar with Belize and Honduras. I'd love your recommendations.
