How is diving condition at Anilao in October. Based on my research this seems to be on the tail end of the monsoon season. Is visibility going to be an issue? Is there much difference from November?

The last few years when I have dived in Anilao in October, no problem, summer sunshine heat gone, water temperatures starting to drop from the uncomfortable typical 30C of the summer months, chances of heavy rains as typhoon season ends, Viz - well depends if rains have kept away, and the sites visited, but I would say always more at least 10m or more. November, possibly a little nicer, cooler, less rains, but again no problem either month from my frequent visits.

Cheers

Typhoon season does not end in Oct!.
I had experienced it twice around Boxing Day in PG.
The super typhoon Yolanda(Haiyan) which decimated Malapascua and others happened in early Nov 2013. The record breaking super typhoon Goni(Rolly) hit the country at the end of Oct 2020.
