...Me! I won the weekly photo contest at Captain Don's Habitat on Bonaire. Go to: http://www.habitatdiveresorts.com/photoweeklywinners.html and look on week 17 for my red seahorse. Unfortunately, they overexposed the photo when scanning it onto their site & added those dumb cut-outs over my slide, which makes the seahorse's mouth looks like it's right up to the edge of the photo, which it isn't. I won a weeks worth of film developing which was 15 rolls at $10.50 a piece. I really needed them developed too, because I'm still getting used to the Velvia filmw/a diffuser for WA shots. Most of them are still comming out underexposed. I hope the monthly winner is posted soon!

We're on our way back to Bonaire on Saturday, can you give me some info on where the shot was taken. Sea horses regularly stay in the same area for some time so we might get anouther shot.

I have to apologize for taking so long to respond to your question of where I saw the seahorse. You're probably back from there by now. I saw it under the Town Pier. It was at the base of a pylon. We also saw a yellow seahorse on the Captain Don's House Reef, & there is supposed to be a red frogfish near the seahorse. There is a yellow frogfish at Andrea's Reef.
